    • You’re encouraged to open up at your own pace. There’s no pressure to talk about sensitive topics before you’re ready to.

  • How big are the groups?

    • Group size can vary anywhere from 3 members up to 10 members.

  • Is everything shared in group therapy confidential?​

    • Yes. Confidentiality is a key part of creating trust and safety. Each member agrees to keep what’s shared in the group private and not share details outside of group.​​​​​​​​

  • Can I do group therapy along with individual therapy?​

    • Absolutely. Many people find that combining the two deepens insight and reinforces growth between sessions.

  • How long does a group last?

    • Groups typically run for a set number of weeks or meet continuously depending on the format. We’ll review the schedule and expectations before you join.
